Dr. Wolfgang Jabbusch graduated in General Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Berlin.
He studied Jurisprudence, specializing in Industrial Property at the University of Muenster.
Since 1963, he has been working as a patent attorney in Intellectual Property.
Also, he has been an authorized European representative before the European Patent Office since its inception.
Dr. Wolfgang Jabbusch is specialized in preparing and prosecution of German, European and international trademark applications and design registrations as well as patent infringement cases.

Matthias Jabbusch studied Control Technology, specializing in Electrical Engineering and Medical Engineering at the Technical University of Ilmenau.
He has been active as a patent attorney in Industrial Property since 1994. After further stays at the German Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal Patent Court, he qualified as a German Patent Attorney in 1997. Hence, he is an authorized representative before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Patent Court and in patent nullity proceedings before the Federal Court of Justice.
Since 1998 Matthias Jabbusch has been an authorized representative before the European Patent Office. Furthermore, he has been active as European Trademark Attorney since 1998 and since the implementation of EU-patent designs in 2003 he has also been active as European Design Attorney before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) in Alicante (Spain). He is also an authorized representative before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva (Switzerland), which is responsible for international patent applications and international trademark registrations.
In 2006 he graduated in an advanced University Program "European Industrial Property" and became Master of Laws (LL.M.).
Matthias Jabbusch is lecturer in patent law at the University of Applied Sciences for Economy and Technology in Vechta and at the Leibnitz-Academy of Hanover.
He is specialized in preparing and prosecution of German, European and international patents, trademarks and designs, as well as patent infringement cases. He has the most professional experience with patents in the field of electrical engineering and general mechanical engineering.

Gunnar Siekmann studied Physics at the Universities of Bielefeld and Muenster and is the author/co-author of two scientific publications (G. Siekmann, H. Winter Physical Letters A 187 (1994) 225 and H. Winter, G. Siekmann et al. Nuclear Instruments and Methods B 135 (1998) 372-376).
After several years with a Munich firm of patent attorneys as well as further stays at the German Patent and Trademark Office and at the Federal Patent Court, he became a German Patent Attorney in 1998. Hence, he is an authorized representative before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Patent Court and in patent nullity proceedings before the Federal Court of Justice.
Since 1998, Gunnar Siekmann has been an authorized representative before the European Patent Office. In addition, he is an authorized representative before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) in Alicante (Spain).
From 2004 till 2006 Gunnar Siekmann studied "European Industrial Property Law" in an advanced University Program and was awarded with the academic degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.).
In 2004 he was appointed by the Federal Ministry of Justice to the examination board for patent attorneys. He was a member thereof till 2009.
Gunnar Siekmann is lecturer for "Intangible property right law ", as well as for the module "Innovations and their backgrounds" in the course of studies "Innovation management" at the University of Oldenburg.
Gunnar Siekmann is specialized in preparing and prosecution of German, European and international patents, trademarks and designs, as well as on the respective law enforcements. He has the most professional experience with patents in the field of automobile technology, energy management and transport technology.

Dr. Ulrike Gedert studied Jurisprudence at the Universities of Osnabrueck, Bremen and Utrecht and passed the Second State Examination in 2000.
In 2002 she completed a Masters Program for European and International Law. Her master's thesis was about "Internet distribution of pharmaceutical products". She spent one semester at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands during her postgraduate course.
After having worked for several years as a scientific research assistant at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, she decided to become an attorney in 2009.
Her dissertation topic on "Damage compensation for the infringement of intellectual property" has received a scientific award by the "Deutsche Stiftung für Recht und Informatik" in 2008.
In 2010 Dr. Ulrike Gedert successfully passed the theoretical part of the examination to become specialist solicitor for Intellectual Property Law.
At our office she especially works in the fields of trademark law, copyright law and compensation law. Additionally, she handles national and international trademark applications and speaks business fluent English.
Furthermore, Dr. Ulrike Gedert is assistant lecturer for "Intangible property right law ", as well as for the module "Innovations and their backgrounds" in the course of studies "Innovation management" at the University of Oldenburg.
